Winnsboro vs. Lindale

Big game coming up this week for these two teams, the loser faces possible playoff elimination. Any thoughts? I know this isn't much of a talked about district.

This district, 11 3a, is the Rodney Daingerfield of 3a. We have never gotten the respect that we deserve. I think that Winnsboro will hand Lindale their second defeat in a row. Coaches, players, and fans are confident that we will be going to the playoffs for the fourth year in a row which has not been done since the run from 70=73. Those were some good teams. I think this team is as good as those teams were.

Also good luck to you and the Tigers the rest of the way. If Winnsboro takes care of business Friday night then we are both in the playoffs. The game between us will just be for seeding in the playoffs. :D :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :cool:

WLRFAN, Good luck to you on Friday night. I hope you can eliminate the preseason favorite. Lindale is a very talented team though. They are very good defensively.
