It's gotta be faked, the eyes are upside down. Check out the lashes, long ones belong on top of eye but in photo are on bottom of eye. (Pats self on back proudly for being over observent.)

Well I would suggest that if someone could stretch them that far, they would also be able to "invert" the eyeballs.
