usually the coaching staff grades the linemen while reviewing films ... and I don't know of any official stats other than those that are kept "in house"

but they only keep stats gathered during games - not the lineman grades that SR asked about

as far as I know, red, it is all done by film afterwards...

now during the game the oline coach is watching 'em making sure they do their job correctly... the offensive coordinator will see things and communicate it to the oline coach or directly to the player... plus you got coaches up in the booth that will relay anything they see that needs to be changed down to the coach...

and yes, I realize this may not be exactly what you're talking about... but upstairs those coaches helping relay information down to the sideline may be grading as well... the coordinator may be relaying messages back upstairs for documentation as well as the oline coach.... and the water boy...
