was reading over the chronicle article in the sunday paper about rice university football....

but....

they must have printed up the aggie schedule instead of rice's...

houston

ucla

florida state

tip your hat to the rice coaches.........and wish them luck......

playing those schools are to generate revenue. THey know they are not going to even come close to beating any of those big name opponents (maybe Houston) but it ads aot of money to the cofers.

From the way I read his post I felt that he was saying that the only reason why they schedule big name opponents i.e. Houston is because they will bring in money for the program.
