Interesting. But I don't think that players like Steve Emtman who got injured early in their career and never got back to form should be listed. Injuries can happen to anyone and cut short a career. Steve was more unlucky than a bust.
Lawrence Phillips was great in college and is a victim of the what a waste of talent mode. Tony Mandarich was the right second round choice but for some reason didn't make it in the pros which was strange and a shame.
Emmitt Smith was a steal by the Cowboys but it was great for him too to be able to play behind those great Dallas offensive lines. Emmitt, Troy and Michael (and later Dion) took most of the money and Dallas lost offensive lineman and some good defensive players which lead to Dallas downfall in the late 90s.

Bosworth was a surprise bust too but probably he should have got drafted by Oakland. He might have had better luck.
