According to CBS news, Cindy Sheehan took the money from her son's GI Life Insurance policy and purchased land next in Crawford tp protest the President. I'm sure her son is turning over in his grave right about now. I think she is just using her sons death as an excuse to get her point across. I know she has every right to , but still...

Cindy Sheehan may have all the right intentions of being purely a "peace activitist", (I Seriously Doubt This.)... But... even if this is true she is such a case of damaged goods, that she does more harm to the cause she claims to support then the good she would do by stepping out of the limelight.

What possible good does it do to buy land in Crawford? She didn't want to use the money her organization has received in donations to pay for it... but rather decides to use "Casey's Life Insurance Money" to buy it. Why even bring it up?

Sorry, but that is pretty low... It is just using her son's death as a tool to advance her interests... It was called "Waving the Bloody Shirt" back in the old days. Bad then, bad now.

Well, for one, she can't be arrested for "trespassing" if she owns the land she's protesting on. They won't allow her on GW's land, or on other's land around him, so.........

Unfortunately he won't be president all that much longer, so she has probably just wasted her money. If I was GW, I'd wait until he leaves office and offer her ten cents on the dollar to take the land off her hands. If she refuses to sell, then I'd call and get the county to fine her every time she forgets to mow.
