I started just about everything, one game I didn't leave the playing field until there was about 30 seconds left. The game was well in hand by then(in the other teams hands)

Oh the days of being in shape.

3 year starter VERY offensive guard
3 year starter defensive tackle
1 year kicker
was the wedge buster on kickoff cover team all 3 years (even when I was the kicker)

*Biggest thrill playing football*
Making a tackle for a 2 yard loss on 4th and inches on Vernon's final offensive play of the game in 1993. They were ranked #2 at the time. 17-14 was the final and they were inside our 40 with about 2 minutes to go.

I only played one year in high school. On offense I started at guard and on defense I was started at middle linebacker.

Before back and knee problems curbed my career...

OLB on D

A little bit of everything, a whole lot of nothing on O. Played a little G, FB, and TB on offense, never got a whole lot of PT, though.

FS on defense (bench warmer)
TE on offense (bench warmer)

Full time practice dummy for the kids that actually had athletic
ability. :D

I didn't get into games unless we were winning by alot.

Luckily for me......

SWEETWATER WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD IN THE MID TO LATE 80'S.:D :D :D

S/LB on dffense, we ran a hybrid style D with a rover position so I could be the WLB on one play, and then drop back into the FS position the next.

In 8th-JV also played RB..but being at a 5A school once I hit varsity only played one side of the ball except for a couple special packages.

Didn't play any snaps on defense after my sophmore year, but I was DT if I did...

On offense Right and Left tackle on offense, right tackle mostly.... I usually watched though :D (Hey, the starter was 6'3 330 and got second in state powerlifting that year... left tackle was 6'4 320, and I sucked because I didn't take it seriously until my junior year)...

I was gunna be QB, but I ate too much my whole life :D

Always wanted to be a LB though, loved playing LB on scout D...
