NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Vince Young agreed to terms with the Tennessee Titans on Thursday, a day before the team is scheduled to open training camp.

ESPN.com's Michael Smith reported that Young's deal is for six years, with incentives, that could make the total package worth $58 million. The deal includes $25.74 million in guaranteed money.

The deal includes a $12.3 million option bonus, due in March 2007; a $2.665 million roster bonus due this year; and a one-time bonus of $4.1 million should he take 35 percent of the snaps as a rookie, or 45 percent of the snaps in any subsequent year.

In addition to agreeing to terms the third pick overall in the draft and the first quarterback taken, the Titans also agreed to a contract with running back LenDale White of Southern California.

"We're pleased to finish up these rookie contracts in time for camp," general manager Floyd Reese said.

Major Adams, the agent for the former Texas quarterback, did not return messages left by The Associated Press on Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
