The riders in the Tour de France ride in front of this statue when they come to Paris on the last day and it is awesome.

Turbo I don't know. She was captured in battle according to history. The movie about her starring Ingrid Bergman seemed to indicate maybe so but regardless history condemns King Charles VII (?) for not trying to do more to get her released. Politics may have been involved.
