It's kind of interesting to see many of those teams that played weak preseasons and were undefeated, fall early in the playoffs. Region III Div I, will be decided between two teams that were not touted by the Pollmakers, at all, because of loses to excellent teams, early on. Congradulations to the Quarterfinalist that wins this game.....ALSO, Go Newton(21-3A)..Go Bridge City(21-3A), show them what putting your guts-on-the-line in preseason can do for you in the postseason playoffs.

It appears they have a pretty good pass offense, but have thrown quite a few interceptions, as well a given up several fumbles. Turnovers put them behind 28-0 to Forney in the 1st quarter.
