I need a new chair, this one if soft and comfortable. But on the botton the support connection the wheel base has broken through and is dragging on the floor. I have to duct tape a sock to the bottom so I can move around and when I lean back it goes and extra few inches since it is pivoting in the center. When upright the wheels don't touch the ground.
