Miss Columbia, Miss Paraguay, and Miss Mexico were amazingly beautiful. Miss USA didnt look good until the evening gown competition and then when she opened her mouth to speak for the questions I knew she was done.

Actually, the big mouth is natural but the webbed hands were surgically done. In a post-show interview, she explained that she has a very rare digestive disorder and can only eat plankton. Normally, doctors prescribe freeze-dried water containing plankton for this condition, but when she gave them her pageant-winning smile (see picture), they realized that she had a perfect mouth for collecting and straining plankton. Combine this with a love of swimming and the surgically-enhanced "flippers," and you have a medical miracle!

I hate to pick apart a person's looks - especially an attractive one, but she DOES put herself on the stage for judging just that. So what is up with the left eye? It seems off-kilter.

I don't think it's so much she has a big mouth, just that her face is so thin, that it makes it so much noticeable.
