in Duncanville. Police are chasing an 18-wheeler. The driver is a hostage and has a gun on her according to police reports. The driver is currently on cell phone with police

they are chasing them at an estimated 7 MPH

FOX 4 is reporting that the suspect told his sister yesterday that he would commit suicide by police today.......looks like he might be well on his way

wow....carrolton police reporting that a Lexus was stolen at a Lowes parking lot at 2:30, later flipped it....a doctor then stopped to help him after flipping it and he then stole the Dr's Infinity. At a truck stop supposedly this guy then stole the 18-wheeler using the owner as a hostage....wow

the chase has sped up to 10 mph. The front tires of the diesel have been shot out.

The Dr. was interviewed and he said he pulled over to a wreck to help the driver and the man got out, pointed a gun to his head and stole his vehicle. His car was recovered at a Truck stop in Fairview, TX where this chase began.

wow...i think this one is a lot more interesting then that Houston chase and I'm the only one watching it....hehe. Oh well....

if that truck had a full tank of gas this thing could last until abilene or so. I think either lack of gas or fire from sparks from the rims will end this

wow...they are going about 35-50 MPH now....

people are now saying this truck could go roughly 1600 miles or so on a full tank

the Dallas PD SWAT vehicle has been pulling ahead on overpasses in an attempt to get a good view of the suspect. The armed vehicle has a SWAT officer on top with a high powered rifle. This might get ugly on live TV

DPS has shown up and they are now firing on the truck. this wont last much longer
