we're almost a month away from this game...finals are this week...we could have players become ineligible, injured, etc. over that time...I'm waiting to make any sort of projection.

LSU matches up better than almost anyone else in college football today against OU. This game will be a good one. No predictions yet.

Those LSU TIGERS are ready to be Big No. 1. They have worked hard and really deserve it. OU should not even be playing when they let an unranked team beat them.

Are you sure you know what you are talking about...I think it was USC who was beaten by the unranked team...get the facts before you make your posts!! I thing you have an I-D-10-T error...LSU and OU will both have their chance to prove they should be national champions...

I'm going to have to go with OU by 7. LSU is going to be one of the best teams OU has seen all year, but OU will not play another game like they did against K-State. OU is too good for anybody when they play to their potential.

I am not saying the LSU doesn't deserve the match OK but USC does too. The point is we need a real playoff system like Division 2 football. You penalize a team because of soft schedules which to a certain extent is good but schedules are made years in advance and one year you may be playing several top teams and the next year have an easy schedule. You can't predict who will be powerful and not plus you have no control over future injuries. A few injuries and outstanding team could turn into a mediocre team (I don't know if that figures in the BCS computer). There are so many considerations and that is why we need to have the top 16 teams have a playoff. Fortunately some coaches are pushing that it seems. OK is benefiting this year from the flawed system but they should be pushing it too or they may someday be the next USC.

if it were to become a playoff system it would proly just be 8 teams because thats how many teams play in BCS bowl games.

I think they should do the top 6 or top 8 teams for the palyoffs. The rest of the schools can still have bowl games to play in, but playoffs would be great to watch.
