Where are the best teams

Hey, let's get a discussion started. Who are the better teams, East Texas or West Texas. In the last two years, East Texas teams have pounded West Texas schools, especially Tatum against Sweetwater last year.

The biggest goldmine of HS football recruiting extends from NE Texas down through Beaumont, LA, Southern MS, Southern AL, and the Florida Panhandle. Without a doubt, NE and deep East TX has the best football.

This Synder Sweetwater thing is getting on my nerves!!! Why is Synder Sweetwater such a rival yall aren't evern in the same district!!! And to be honest before this and last couple years i never really heard much of either!!!

I have to agree....and in the past, those very threads were some of my favorites.

They have gotten SO tiresome....same song, next verse.....blah blah blah blah blah!!!!

I don't have a problem with either team personally, I like Sweetwater and Snyder both, but it is amazing how many people on here want to see either or both teams fail BECAUSE of the posts they read on THIS board!!

Baseball. and boys golf and they did it in 4A.... you know about 4a dont ya.. its that division Wylie has been doing the limbo under for 8 or so years now:p :p :p

Baseball??? Snyder made the regional semifinals in 1997 in 4A...that was the furthest they went between 95 and 2002 when they moved to 3A.
Golf...Boys won in 2003...don't see that they ever won state in 4A.

Besides...I didn't know that you now wanted to go back 5, 10, 20 years to compare records. I thought what mattered was what was happening now. Which is it Blackie??? Are we going to compare the present day...the past 5 years...the past 10 years...the past 20 years??? You can't just tailor the story to try and make Snyder look the best (which won't work)...you have to stick with the facts. Come on now...don't start flip flopping on us!!! :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
