The Lowie for the poster who has exhibited the most class and that rare ability on a passionate website to just let things slide. Never quick to anger and always in good spirits. The finalists are...

Phil C- Has he ever said anything to disrespect anyone? Except maybe USC?

Bullaholic- Always one of the frontrunners on the board when it comes to class and tact, I've never heard of anyone who dislikes the man. There's an old saying about tact that applies directly to Bull; "Tact is the ability to tell someone to screw off and have them leave wearing a smile."

lostaussie- As of today, there have been 3,123,732 recruiting jokes about Gilmer. Aussie's taken the high road on 3,123,733 of them. By now, I would've punched somebody in the face.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was a good group this year. Other nominees included Emerson, Aggie John, KTJ, Pirate4State, and 44inarow. Congrats to everyone.

Remember, only 24 hours to vote. This poll will expire at about 5:00 tomorrow afternoon. Good luck to the contestants.

I voted for Phil C and I don't live anywhere close to Sinton. I have read a lot of his posts and he has always came across as a respectable person and a man of character. I'm not saying the other guys do not have these qualities, but I don't read every post that is made on this board.

I can't believe Bull's fallen so far behind. I'm only 1-3 so far these awards. I could've sworn espn would've been right there in the Most Humorous category, too.

Oh well. You win some, you lose some.

Sorry, Aussie. Adidas usually does those, but he leaves work at 5 and I had some other things to do. I can't make the thread as pretty as adidas can, but I put it out there.

Congrats to everyone. Tight race.

I would just like to add my congrats to PHil C and lostaussie for a 1-2 finish in the balloting for this award. Both of you are deserving gentleman posters who add unique and uplifting qualities to the board and I am proud to have been a fellow nominee. I would like to thank everybody for the nomination and especially, your kind words. I hope that everyone who is a fan and or/parent will exhibit the good sportmanship qualities to our kids that we all admire in the coming season, and not cause them to doubt the values that we ask them to maintain. I hope that players and coaches will strive for the honor that comes from competing hard and cleanly against a respected opponent, no matter how humble, and return to the lockeroom with the pride which comes with knowing that you did your best for your school and yourself---no one can ask more of you than this---win or lose.
