Me, I order a Ribeye either Medium-rare or just plain medium. Best I've ever paid for was at Joe Allen's in Abilene. Love me some Joe Allen's. Was shocked to find it moved around the corner the last time I was in town.

Medium, it all depends on how the restraunt does their medium. So really it depends on the place.

Like Bulldog said, some restaurants do it by color, others do it by temperature. It just depends on where you go. I usually get mine medium rare, though.

I never tell 'em anything, just ask how they grade their steak and then I tell 'em how I want it...

But I cook a good steak so I usually don't go out for steak...

I usually piss people I'm with off when we're at a steakhouse and I order a burger :D

Texas Roadhouse-Medium Same here. It all depends on how the resturant cooks their mediums. If in doubt, I go medium well, but I prefer medium.

I have never had their chicken strips. I love the rolls and the cinnamon butter.

You're talking about The Beehive in Albany. They do have a great reputation for steaks.

Just lop off the horns, wipe his butt, and drag him across the grill on each side for color. Oh, and put a little garlic, salt, and fresh cracked pepper on it first.
