I heard powerhouse Jasper had to forfeit to Newton 1-0...now what happened and how did they have to forfeit??

Actually the official score of a forfiet is 2-0.

Jasper used an ineligble player on kickoffs, and had to forfeit. They turned themselves in.

What did they have a collective concious or something...........i mean im not one to promote cheating but did they know before or after the game that he was ineligible..i'm curious

a computer malfunction caused the grade sheets that were to go out on friday to not go out. only the kid and the teacher knew that he was ineligible. teacher saw the kid playing and reported it to coach and the coach pulled him out of the game. only played 2 plays from what i understand. a shame though b/c jasper dominated 45-20
