A rectangular signature of 550 pixels wide by 100 pixels high, or a rectangular signature of 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high is the maximum size.

Right click, select properties, and copy the URL. Put that in image tags in your sig.

It's smaller than it has to be, but it holds the aspect ratio well.
