"Residency" question

Thanks to the UIL, I've been kicked out of Region IV and forced into Region III. ;) So, the question is.....what's the "official" date? Was it when baseball was over or does it begin on August 7? :confused: :nerd:

I propose a Low Law:

Posters moving to 3a may claim 3a status immediately.
Posters moving out of the 3a division (or into another region) can not be FORCED to claim said division (or region) until Aug. 7

This would officially make LHPM a lame duck Region IVer.
