2003...Hank Blalock watches his two-out, two-run homer in the eighth inning off Eric Gagne sail out of the park. Blalock's homer lifted the AL to a 7-6 win. He SHOULD have been named the game's MVP.

2004...Alfonso Soriano blasted a three-run homer in the first inning and was named MVP.

2005...Mark Texiera hits a 2-run homer in the 6th inning (with Soriano on base) that provided the 2-run margin of victory for the AL All-Stars.

2006...Michael Young turns an 0 ball/2 strike, 2 out pitch into a 2-run triple in the top of the 9th to provide the winning run for the American League. Young is named the 2006 All-Star Game MVP.

Baseball is THE GREATEST sport in the world and the MLB All-Star game is the best of all the professional all star games.

It is great but a lot of people would argue for football though. Of course worldwide soccer fans would probably outnumber you too in their opinion. Plus don't forget the Tour de France. :)

I would have to say soccer is the most boring sport in the world. Baseball is fun if you are playing it or watching it live.
