I'm back from Lubbock! A few comments...
Sweetwater - Stopped here to make a pitstop at a Shell Station (the one where 20 and 70 come together) and their men's restroom was closed. A sign said to use the women's restroom. I did, but that was the most awkward I have felt in a long time. There were more Wind Generators than there were the last time I passed through.
Snyder - Didn't get to see the town much because the freeway skirts to the outside. I've passed through about 5 times before and I've never ventured into town. Question: What does "The Land of the White Buffalo" mean?
