The one time I ordered that plate it didn't have too much flavor to it. Maybe I just ordered it on a bad night.

I do like SBR bbq sauce. A little sweet and good for leg quarters, for sure.
Was the chopped brisket sandwiches very sweet with that sauce? I haven't tried SBR for chopped brisket.
