Depends on how Detroit adjust to the loss of Ben. If they aren't
able to then it'll be all about Miami and Chicago.

Yeah, Ron Artest thought he was the man when he stepped up to
Ben Wallace. Of course, Ben proceeded to cave Artest's chest in. :D

The new-look Hornets are getting lost in all the hoopla with the Bulls' new acquisitions. Let's review:

1. They signed "Speedy Claxton" to a deal, giving them much-needed depth and speed in the backcourt.
2. They signed Peja Stojakovic, giving them a lethal outside shooter to open up lanes for Chris Paul. Stojakovic can also find ways to get his shot off from anywhere and is also a great runner dating back to his days with the Kings... anyone notice a pattern here?
3. They addressed their problems up front by getting rid of the aging Brown in favor of Chandler. Sure, they gave up a great prospect, but getting a talented big man who's long, athletic, and quick will improve that team much more than another G/F. Also, Chandler can run. Write that down.

OK, let's go over their new (possible) starting lineup:
PG: Chris Paul (their superstar)
SG: Desmond Mason (if you've never seen him play, he's super-athletic and very active)
SF: Peja Stojakovic (one of the smoothest shots, and smoothest players, in the league... plays defense at about the same level as Texas A&M, but can run with the best of them)
PF: David West (can score out of the low or the high blocks... their offense on the inside)
C: Tyson Chandler (with West there to man up on the opponent's toughest inside player, it frees up Chandler to do what he does best-- make the other team hesitate... long and athletic, he can block just about anything you throw up)

Now what happens if they go small?
G: Claxton
G: Paul
F: Mason
F: Stojakovic
C: Chandler

They could just as easily start Claxton instead of West against quite a few teams. They're the new Kings.
