South Padre, Seattle, Vancouver, San Marcos. And a quick trip to Denton. My youngest son accepted a grad-assistant job at North Texas. So, we helped in moving him and boy was it hot! Other than that, it was a slow summer.

Lets see, Weatherford, Lake Cisco, Texarkana, Kountze (by Beaumont) and Galveston. So glad that school started so I can rest.

...I've been to every mall within a 100 mile radius....my daughter is leaving for college next week and I shared my fortune with each and every one!! :(

This summer my schools band went to disney world. We were invited to march and play in one of the prades. We spent 1 1/2 day drivin there went to all the parks and another 1 1/2 day drivin home. It was soo much fun. Then I went with some friends to a thing called Spirit Fest in Houston at AstroWorld. Then about 2 weeks ago we start Summer band, so I havent got to do anything more. But I had a blast goin to florida and houston

I'm not real sure yet but our band is supposedly going to florida over spring break next year...

Lets see....I didn't do too much as far as travelling this summer, but I DID take a little road trip out to the Panhandle, passing through Gainesville, Wichita Falls, Chillicothe, Iowa Park, Vernon, Childress, Amarillo, and finally stopping in Dalhart before coming back. (there WERE others that I passed through, just don't remember 'em)

THEN, I went home to Port Isabel/South Padre Island for some fishing and some good ol' R&R. Passed through all the towns and cities along I-35 South, 37 South, Highway 77 South, and Highway 100 East.
