Indian Point just south of Portland (North of Corpus Christi) has a good view. Plus you can get in some fishing. :)

Yep! Same with Sunset Lake Park and Violet Andrews Park and Bayside Park (no fishing at Violet Andrews though, and you can't catch anything at Bayside anyway so why try)

Swantner Park - where is that?

Be sure you have your fishing license because they do check the piers. The other night the game warden caught someone at Indian Point and I imagine it cost him a few dollars. (No it wasn't me and I don't know who that guy was.)

You could see them from way over there?

(BTW, did you know 13 acre park has 21 acres? LMAO)

From the visitors dugout the kids watched them. No, I didn't know it was a 20 acre park.

Ah...that was not a good year for our soccer team. Fast forward a couple of years, and we won state. Funny how times change in the world of youth soccer.

That would have been awesome. I rememeber playing a game at Hoppy one night and the Buc Days fireworks went off. You could *kindof* see them but not that great.
