Adoption

Since Ill be in East Texas and my team ill be quite far away from home ( Fairfield) so I wont get back to see many games. I have decided to adopt Gilmer as my home away from home team like so many other posters have done with Cuero. I dont know what brought this on I guess you could say they recruited me lol jk

I'm not sure the UIL will approve this! Gilmer seems a bit far from Nacogdoches to become an adopted team of someone residing there. Also, Gilmer is not significantly closer than Fairfield, so you may be forced to choose another team to adopt! ;)

comon now you have Nac High right there in town, then Lufkin 20 miles down. If you wanna watch the infamous Gilbert Moye come visit Diboll friday nights. its 30 miles out.

No, they do a draft. Have you seen the draft order this year?
