I had this Air Force FB at my house tonite and he wanted Red Beans and rice with sausage from Mikes in Lh. It was great! Hey Deb ever done that?

I've actually never had it from Mike's. It does sound good, though, especially if it has the jalapeno sausage in it. Mmmmmm

Last night I had

Slow mesquite smoked ribs
Cajun fried chicken
Hickory smoked sausage
Fried shrimp & catfish
'tater salad


Started eating about 7:00pm. kept picking 'til about midnight. All the while throwing washers and sipping suds. Sure was a good night.:)

Friend had a birthday get together. I can still taste those ribs. Not sure that's a good thing though.
