Something that I want to be first to say.


The biggest D1 prospect to come out of Gilmer since the beginning of time is not gonna be a QB, WR, or RB.

Gilmer has a kid that will be a junior this year playing on the O-Line that will be a rivals five star.

You heard it here first.

5 star now thats saying quite a bit since only one 5 star lineman came out of the state of Texas this year ....none last year.

I am talking about the things that PPHSfan has told me.....there haven't been THAT many!

I'm just saying, I highly respect his opinion....when he has an opinion on something, I take notice!

He is homegrown, but his dad played for Gladewater, IIRC. But we'll forgive him.

Back in the day, Gladewater dominated the series. So maybe it's whichever school has the Snow is the one with the winning hand.

PPHSFan....I heard Gilmer went D1 so they wouldn't have to play Celina. :D

And yes---Gilmer does have some "stud hosses".
