AJ----I agree that Cuban and Jones aren't the most popular owners in pro sports and they are not my personal heroes as role-models, but kinda hard to argue with success ain't it?

Maybe, but the rest of the league had the same shot as the Rockets did during those years. Too bad they're only in 2nd place among NBA titles in Texas...:p

I don't think so because remember the second time they won it Jordan had come back from vacation and the Bulls got eliminated. Of course during the offseason the Bulls got Rodman and thus began a three year dynasty again. The Rockets got Barkley so we needed a game where Bulls didn't have Dennis and Rockets didn't have Charles and we got it and the Rockets won by six points! Thus proving that the Rockets had too much talent to not have won at least one of the two championships.

i miss the old days when the game was basketball not free throw shootout....olajuwon was an amazing player with the best footwork with no questions asked. players today would get owned by their proceeders if they played by the "old rules"

and hakeem would of won those two titles despite jordan being gone or here or whatever...Hakeem was dominant those years...and jordan would of had to get through Patrick Ewing
