I guess until he is proven guilty then you cant boot him off the team. IF it comes back hes clean good if it comes out he is guilty you throw him to the wolves.

Ramonce Taylor sold a pair of autographed cleats for $100.00 and has to sit out for a season as per NCAA rules violations. Just a rumor, he's not going to be back with the team, or at least not playing for the Longhorns for at least a year.

When did I say he was going to be back with the team? My only point was that the rumor was false, and if he were to come back, it would be after serving a one year suspension.
