I wouldnt think so since they are in pool A with McAllen (host school)

If I had to pick I'd say

Pool A: McAllen
Pool B: Laredo Nixon
Pool C: CC Calallen
Pool D: Houston Chavez


I'd take Nixon and Chavez to qualify...just a hunch
