I am pretty sure it is a group of ladies (used very loosely) that was kicked out of the Ya Ya Sisterhood for a lack of compassion. Their first acronym was WFUTOM (Women for the unethical treatment of males). Ther crede is:

1) Tease the men by posting pictures wearing only Downlow towels.
2) ROM anybody that does not conform to their ideals.
3) Turn men on by talking high school football and then leave them wanting more.

They are a cruel but beautiful group. I believe they are decendents of Amazons.
