Who is your favorite memeber of the sports media? It can be an anchor, commentator, reporter, radio personality, etc...

Well ME of course lol...just j/k

When i look at the sports media world today I see anchorman trying be comedians, and talk show host acting like they created the field.

So as far as favorite..i would go with Mike and Mike, they blend sports talk with funny stuff and dont take themselves to serious...

SPEAKING OF THAT..for those that listen to ESPN Radio..over the past two years have you noticed how they do more funny bits and talk about things like movies and list and such...Reason why is the ESPN NAtional Program director was the Program director for the Ticket in Dallas when they got to be so big.

Gotta go with my girl, Cara Capuano of ESPN News, formerly of KRIS-TV in Corpus.

All personal ties and friendships aside, I love Kenny Mayne.

for TV...Stewart Scott for commentary and Jim Nantz for overall broadcasting. What would the Masters be without Jim Nantz?

for Radio...at first it was "Nasty" Nestor Aparicio when he was on Sporting News Radio. Then it became Colin Cowherd. Mike and Mike aren't bad (Hops has a man crush on Greenie ;) ) but these days my favorite is Eric Kuselias's Sports Bash in the afternoons on ESPN Radio.

I noticed that the other night with the glasses he was wearing...kinda scary! I still think he is a classy, funny guy. I love reading his column in ESPN the magazine...a pretty stand up guy

You know how Stuart Scott got "the eye"? Doing an interview with some quarterback, Donovan McNabb I think. He had the guy chunk him an NFL type pass to see what it was like and it went straight through his hands and he has had the wonky eye ever since.

Dan Patrick. You just can't top the old Dan/Keith combo on SC, so it's great to hear them together on radio again.

Actually ESPN was going to do a segment where Scott would spend a day in various sports training camps. And on the FIRST day the VERY FIRST pass out of one of the throwing machines clocks him in the eye. And he was training with the Jets...and Scott played semi-pro.
