I have some left over brisket. Been eating brisket sandwiches for about 2-3 days. I've had my fill of bbq for a little while. I feel like doing some sirloin steaks on the grill, though.

My son in Florida just told me the same thing yesterday.... "Send me some REAL BBQ for my birthday".... Florida's idea of BBQ is a baked roast with bottled BBQ sauce on it......... They also have NO IDEA what Fajita's are...... So we ship him pre-packaged Fajitas so he can BBQ them. The first week he was out there (2003) , he tried to go buy a Brisket, they had NO IDEA what he was talking about. So he called his dad, asked what part of the cow it was, then went to the grocery store butcher and that guy cut it for him. Youngest son is going out there this week, his golf bag will be packed full with Fajita's :D :D

just got back from picking up a couple plates of barbq chicken from our church festival. it was mm..mm..fall-off-the-bone good :D
