View Full Version : Man Law Question...man card at stake!!!

K this question came up between a friend of mine (a girl) and myself.

She bought the new Dixie Chicks CD and was talking about how great it was. Then she asked, "So do you like their new music? Have you heard it yet?" I said, "I've heard their new single on your myspace but that's about it." To which she responds, "Well you should go buy it. It's SOOOOO good!"

I then have to explain to her that I would forfeiting my man card for at least 6-9 months if I ever spent money on a Dixie Chicks CD...whether I like their music or not. She countered well you could at least get the music from somebody else (note: I do not advocate doing this btw) and just burn it or put it on your iPod. I told her, "Well iPod mainly because that music is played in the car and my 2 best friends in Dallas are girls and they always play with my music...but CD is totally out of the question."

So now I propose the above poll for voting. Tricky situations like these...men must have a definite answer for. I personally think that abstinance from these type of situations is the best policy.

No...somebody else mentioned drinking Smirnoff and if you have ever drank Smirnoff you would no that it fills you up really fast cuz of all the sugar and flavor additives.

It was legal to drink in Texas when I was 19 and I got my fill before I was your age. I don't drink anymore. I only have two bad habits. I curse too much and I beat my wife (I used to kick the dog but he's gone but the wife's still around).
