NIt is now down to 8 final teams and everyone of them are capable of winning it all. They all have capable pitchers which makes it tough to get points. Some good teams didn't even make it notably the defending national champion Michigan who was eliminated by Tennessee even though they had basically the same team but it just goes to show you that you never can tell what will happen.
The teams are divided into two brakets and they play double elimination until one team is left. Then the two bracket winners play each other in a best 2 out of3 games with the winner being the National Champions.
Bracket one is Arizona, Oregon State, Texas and Arizona State
Bracket two is Northwestern, Alabama, UCLA and Tennessee
The games are televised on the ESPN channels but I don't have the details yet.
The games Thursday are as follows:
12 P.M. No. 2 Seed Arizona vs No. 7 Seed Oregon State
2 P.M. No. 3 Seed Texas vs No. 6 Seed Arizona State
6 P.M. No. 4 Seed Northwestern vs No. 5 Seed Alabama
8 P.M. No. 1 Seed UCLA vs No. 8 Seed Tennessee
