I would expect Sinton/Fal to be a best of 3 series. It really sucks that the Hooks & Aviators are both home this weekend though. Maybe we could get at least ONE game at either field. ;)

Well, if we can't get Whataburger or Aviator field, we could always use Nolan Ryan field. Go Pirates!!!

Alice also has a nice facility. Covered grandstands come in handy this time of year.

I just looked around and still haven't found the "TBA" location of Game 2 for the Wylie/Decatur series. Anyone locally hear anything?

They are saying somewhere in the DFW area.
Heard maybe TCU.

They would have to be the first high school game TCU has allowed at their new field. Which is very, very nice.
TCU normally doesn't allow high school games at any of their athletic facilites.

MSN maps gives the address of Saginaw High School as 550 Jim Wright Fwy N. Would that be the new high school?

I believe so. I can't find any info on the field though.

If I remember, the new high school is on Blue Mound Rd.. From I-820 you take exit 15 or Hwy 156 north, go 2 or 3 miles and the school is on your left or west side of road. The baseball and football fields are there also. Real fancy place, kinda looks like a small college.

Liberty Eylau wins 4-2.

Middlebrooks 9Ks (3 hitter) (80 total pitches)
3-3 with a HR
(Got this info off Smoaky.com)

LE had 8 hits off Carson Middleton - would have had another but for an amazing snag by Lindale's 3B. Have to come back tomorrow and play sound to take it. Lindale will be gunning for it.

Liberty-Eylau 6 Lindale 3

Liberty-Eylau goes to Austin. This was an upset. Most people were talking about Carthage & Lindale from Region 2.
