THSBCA and Inside Prep continue to publish Top 10 Polls. That's a little surprising in that most sports at any level quit publishing polls once the playoffs start. Nevertheless here is what they think at this point:

3A
1. Bridge City 30-5
2. Lufkin Hudson 27-6
3. Lindale 27-6
4. Falfurrias 24-5
5. Van Alstyne 22-5
6. Columbus 23-6-1
7. Decatur 26-6
8. Sinton 26-8
9. Abilene Wylie 22-8
10. Cameron Yoe 22-8

Uh-oh....I don't like this!! :( Why do they feel the need to poll everyone to death??? :thinking:

Yea! I know talking about the polls drive some people crazy. I 've been a big defender of them because they promote discussion and they help a lot of us who don't know about the teams other than our small little part of the world.

But even GWOOD thinks polls during the playoffs is nuts. I just looked back at the insideprep website and they said this is the last one until the state playoffs are done. I guess they are going to do one final one like college football and basketball do.

Im with you GWood having a poll in the playoffs is a little different to me I dont really like it but i guess it doesnt hurt anything

or #2 in our region out of 4 teams:) . Only thing i notice most of time theres one team that goes thru the season with one or maybe 2 losses. In this poll all have at least 5:thinking: .
