Aggie men's golf team seeded 6th at NCAAs
SUN RIVER, Ore. - Texas A&M will be the No. 6 seed at the NCAA Men's Golf Championship that starts May 31 at the Sunriver Resort.
The Aggies are ranked sixth by Golfweek and are coming off third-place finishes at the NCAA Central Regional and the Big 12 Championship.
The NCAA men's golf committee made a change to the seeding at the national championship this year to use both season-long play and regional finish to group the top teams together so they have the best chance to share similar weather conditions.
Oklahoma State will be the top seed, followed by Arizona, Georgia, Florida and Arizona State. Texas Tech is seeded seventh.
