It doesn’t get any better than this. Welcome to the happiest day of the year.
No, really. And I have the scientific proof to back my claim. Dr. Cliff Arnall, a 'psychologist in the Department of Lifelong Learning at Cardiff University, was commissioned by an ice cream maker to determine the happiest day of the year and came up with this formula.
O + (N x S) + Cpm/T + He
What does it mean?
Well, O stands for being outdoors and outdoor activity, N for nature, S for social interaction, Cpm for childhood summers and positive memories, T for temperature and He for holidays and looking forward to time off.
Last year, that formula made June 24 the happiest day of the year. This year it is today. So come on, get happy.
In case you were wondering why you had just a day January 23, that was the worst day of 2006.
