That Eagle Brand lemon pie Old Dog mentioned sounds good to me. My wife calls it Ice Box Lemon Pie. Being diabetic, I have to settle for sugar free deserts, whatever my wife will make. She makes sugar free banana pudding that is real good.

Mayonaise cake sounds gross but its the best choc. cake in the world. My mom would bake this cake for my twin brother and I every year for 17 years.
