I had to take the Wonderlic Test today for a job interview. I got 13 out of 14 right. Whatever happened to going to a job interview and either getting hired or not. I had to take a Wonderlic Test, a Personality Test, and write essays on Analytical/Problem Solving, Communication, Creativity/Innovation, Decision Making, Goal Setting, and Integrity/Honesty and that was only the 1st interview. I have another interview on Monday. Man times have changed.

I had heard Macdonald's was really increasing their screening process before hiring summer help. I can see now that is correct.

There are but I was only given 10 minutes. The interviewer said I would be lucky to get 20 questions completed. The first one is easy and then it increases with difficulty as you progress. They only graded what I completed.

After 13 years in the military I think I qualify for more than summer help at McDonalds.
