It is called an avatar...you get i under user cp..edit profile and go down to avatar and then you upload one.

i can't find the spot to put my avatar, where is it!!!! i went to user cp, then edit profile, but there is nothing there. what am i doing wrong?

dont go to edit profile. go to "edit options" it'll be at the bottom
