That Drabek kid is supposedly better than his dad....but then again, my dad was better than Doug way back in high school too! Gave Doug his only loss of the season in his senior year!

Kyle Drabek is a straight HOSS!!! 94-97 fastball with a curveball that you have to just get lucky to hit. i got a chance to meet him and his dad at the Houston Baseball Banquit, and they are both just regular guys, it hasn't gone to their heads one bit. its nice to know that there are still guys like that out there.

yes, that list is made up of mostly pitchers. i have heard that this is one of the strongest years for pitching in a long while.

White Oak's Scott Copeland should be on that list somewhere....Righthander is consistently 89-90 and has hit 92 and 93 some....Only given up 1 earned run in last 43 innings. Has signed with Panola Jr. College but if not for being a late bloomer would be on most D1's want list..... The Horns or Ags should give their coach a call and make a steal.
