I have the flag too....I was gonna put 2006 State Track Meet on the back and have people sign there.

But someone...(BIG DADDY RUSS ) wrote in HUGE letters across the back of the flag!!:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :D

I'll be there all freaking day tomorrow. Covering kids in:
2A boys 1600
2A boys triple jump
4A boys high jump
4A girls 1600 and 3200

So my events go from 9:15 to 9:30. Good times.

And for those interested, watch the 2A and 4A boys' pole vault. Both have kids that have broken 16-4 this year (Maypearl's Brian Porter and Midlothian's Nick Frawley).

Alas, I will miss this year's meet. I had to choose between it and a friend's wedding next weekend near San Antonio. I especially am going to miss seeing old and new friends, eating at Captain's Seafood (again!) and just hanging out, baking in the sun.

That Starnes kid from Rockdale is an awesome PV'r and sprinter. I love watching that kid compete.

Well, if you do bring them food, I'll be upset. But if you do, then that means this next season, you'll have to bring something to the cuero/lh game! I'll even bring something too, we can have a tailgate if necessary!
