Fair weather prognosticators, I'd say. Apparently, they have managed to find something else to do this week. wink

The BEST part is being in the playoffs. :p Second to that is the road trip & all the planning that goes into it. For example, 1)who is driving, 2)what time to leave, and MOST important, 3)where can we stop and eat!! :D And I'm sure many more rituals. Please add your own. :)

The best thing to me is when my Rabbs win to play another day. But if it goes the other way then it is the worse thing about the playoffs.

For me, it's just the sheer excitement of it being playoff time. I have only seen 1 Jasper game this year until last Friday. On the way to the game, I had the radio blaring some upbeat music and I kept thinking, "It's playoff time baby!" Thank goodness for cruise control. Else I would have had several speeding tickets. :D

The best thing about the playoffs has to be the trophy presentation and celebration after a victory!

The best thing about the playoffs is being there and surviving to play another week. I enjoyed the road trip last year. Gave me and my kids a chance for a weekend getaway. We don't get those opportunities too often. Except for losing the game, we had a really good time!

my favorite part of the playoffs was playing at Texas Stadium last year. Being the mascot, I was on the field, walking the very places that legends had walked. I was even allowed to put on my costume in the Dallas Cowboys' locker room. I got to use the very same toilet that so many greats like Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, and Emmitt Smith have used!

It`s waking up that morning knowing that your going to a playoff game! Your at work, looking at your watch, thinking what kind of excuse i can use to get off early!!. Rush home! get a shower get all of your stuff ready to go. Call your dad, brotherinlaw, etc to see what time they will be there. Praying to god that your wife will be home by the time your ready to leave(which usually does`nt happen) Anyway you haul butt to get there on time to get a good seat and root for your team. The crowd, the smell of hotdogs and popcorn and the excitementof the playoffs! HECK YA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I can only draw on last year's run, I think my favorite part was gallavanting across the state with a carload of hormonal teenagers - there was NEVER a dull moment!!

Ted Nugent sang a little bit of back-up with the Amboy Dukes, but he never sang any of his own songs during his solo career until around 1987 when he did re-makes of those classics. I have a feeling that I may be just a little bit older than you think I am. :D
