Very similar throwing motions...heck Bledsoe's is even lower than VY's.

Only time will tell how VY is going to perform in the NFL. I think as long as he stays focused and doesn't get distracted by all the media hype, he will do just fine.

No. Bledsoe throws from different platforms and is a pure pocket passer. Vince only has that one throwing motion... and Bledsoe's slow.

Obviously the thread title was misleading...I was just wanting to make a comparison in their throwing motions. In all of the pictures that I can find though, Drew's motion is no higher than that picture that I posted of Vince...though it is typically higher than the picture that I posted.

Also...where the heck is Bledsoe throwing the ball in that play? The lineman sure seems to be a good distance behind him if he's throwing forward...or it's a screen play gone wrong!

no because drew is a proven NFL qb, i think you have to wait till after his first game to compare drew and vince...plus...when drew gets cocky he gets called out on it, when vince does it they just consider part of "his charm":hand:

No, I don't think he'll be as good as Bledsoe.

Bledsoe does get quite a few balls batted down by defensive linemen and so will Vince. The main difference though is Drew actually throws the ball, Vince more or less has a shotput look to his throwing motion...

Dan Marino had an akward release, and he had a pretty good career. Does it really matter how you release the ball? There is no wrong or right way to throw it. Look at Shawn Marion of the Pheonix Sucks, has the ugliest release in the NBA, but it a very good shooter and really has shots blocked.
