That was a question I had. If someone only started one game and won and for whatever reason never pitched again he would have a 100% winning percentage.

I would guess and say Pedro Martinez. He has the highest winning percentage of any pitcher over 200 wins. Oh well just a guess.

it is oswalt, he is like 45-11 (not exact numbers) at minute maid....

i just checked for the heck of it....he is 41-13 in his career at minute maid....thats a 75.9% winning percentage when he gets a decision at home, which is most games....if that isnt the best then i'll take it.....

Oswalt is the freaking man. He almost always gets the decision due to the way he challenges batters and keeps his pitch count low. There arent many games he doesn't play into the 7th and 8th innings.
