Does anyone know about these two teams?

Navasota finished 5-5 in a 6-team district. Not sure of their overall record.

Hutto finished tied for first in their 8-team district with a 12-2/21-4 record and is ranked #9 in the state. Hutto lost the playoff seeding game to Cameron Yoe after the state ranking came out.

Some of the observers in the Central Texas area are saying that Hutto is the better team. But the Cameron folks are going to argue that they won 2 out of 3 games and you can't argue with that!

On paper, it looks like Hutto takes this series easily.

I just don't see how you could say Hutto is better than Cameron. They may be more consistant but, Cameron when we play like we can is very difficult to beat

Dont matter anyway Cameron. Its playoffs now, so rankings dont matter. Maybe we can have a playoff like we did in football this year. Cameron came to Hutto and beat us 13-17 in football to win district. Than in the 4th round of the playoffs we faced cameron and won 35-14. So now that cameron has beat hutto 3-2 to take the district. Look for hutto and cameron to meet again deep in the playoffs with hutto winning in 3 games, 2-0,1-3,5-4

In 6th inning. Nav pitcher in rouble in 4th inning due to error on routine fly ball drop to RF.

Hutto starting pitcher was still in game and looking dominant.

My 2 cents worth, I bet cameron doesn't want to play Hutto in a 3 game series..........One pitcher = 1 win..........

you don't win 11 games in a row in our district with just one pitcher.

Yes Hutto moves on. I am not sure about the field but I think it is the same field by the football stadium. I was not able to go to the games I got some calls about it though.

Navasota just blew their whole foot off in this one. They just didn't shoot themself in the foot.
